We are always looking for freelancer recruiters to help us execute the roles we have worldwide, across the Translation and Localization Industry.
The current situation
Things are moving fast and we onboard new clients every day. They go from fast-growing startups to large corporations.
For those verticals, we cover all roles across the business
Many of our clients don’t normally use recruiters. They come to us to source hard to find, niche localization talent, both for the major markets across the US, EU and APAC and in challenging recruitment markets such as Scandinavia, Japan, Singapore, China, and South America. Typical roles include everything from BDMs, Project and Account managers, full time Linguists, Software Engineers, Operations Managers and Directors to Machine Translation experts and Solutions Architects.
The ideal candidate
Proactive and with strong communication skill (we will probably not be in the same city/country, so we need to communicate well).
Able to source the best candidates using our paid for sourcing tools. You need to be ok with being paid on success (we also get paid on success).
You are looking for flexible working hours.
We are looking to build a long term partnership relationship with you.
You help us find the best candidates for the companies we work with and you get 50% of the success fee we charge our clients.
We manage the relationship with our client and feed you with all the feedback we receive.

Ideal experience in recruiting at least in one of these sectors
Translation, localization, engineering, IT, digital, sales, project management.
Independent contractor agreement.
Full-time or part-time hours or project based available.
